The Contents Tabs

Unless you have otherwise specified, the default Content for a Creative is Email.

The Content tabs, along the top of the Creative display the Contents in use for that Creative, and the badge types denote whether these are Email multipart Contents (HTML & Text) or Webpage Contents. There is no maximum number of Contents that can be used on a Creative.
